  Today, 3/12,18, I called about a billing issue, by virtue of my phone call; I had to discuss what was done at the time of my appointment. After being referred to Amy, the manager, she stated to me, " You were on speaker phone, I heard your conversation", apparently Amy needs to review Title 2 of HIPAA. Im unsure how many people were in listening to my conversation, at least two, but I doubt speaker phones are in compliance with HIPPA and privacy stated in HIPPA.
